On Oct. 5, 1999, legendary climber Alex Lowe and cameraman David Bridges died in an avalanche on the slopes of the Tibetan mountain, Shishapangma. Alex’s best friend and climbing partner Conrad Anker survived. Eventually, Anker and Alex’s widow, Jennifer, fell in love and married, and Anker helped raise Alex’s three sons. One son, Max Lowe is the film’s director. (Not Rated)
